This warranty does not apply to the following items: Damage or loss sustained in a natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder electrical storm, etc. Damage or loss resulting from any unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance of the product. Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair, or modification of the product. Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system. Damage or loss resulting from improper installation or from installation of a unit in a harsh and/or hazardous environment This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.

To obtain warranty repair service under this warranty, you must take the product or deliver it prepaid to a our service facility together with a letter stating the problem, or contact a distributor or products service contractor, or write directly to 7900 S Route 31, Crystal Lake IL 60014.

This written warranty is the only warranty made by Bio Bidet. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. We shall not be responsible for loss of the product or for other incidental, special or consequential damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser, or for labor or other costs due to installation or removal, or costs of repairs by others, or for any other expense not specifically stated above. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties, including that of merchantability or fitness for use, are expressly limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

Warning! We shall not be responsible or liable for any failure of, or damage to, this plumbing product or product component caused by either chloramines in the treatment of public water supply or in-tank bowl cleaners containing chlorine (calcium hypochlorite).

Note: The use of high concentration of chlorine or chlorine related products can seriously damage the fittings. This damage can cause leakage and serious property damage.

Return Policy Bidet seat which have been installed or used are non-refundable due to governmental regulations pertaining to personal hygiene products. BBC Innovation cannot accept product returns if the installation hardware kit has been opened or if other signs of use are detected.

The Proper Way To Use The Prestige BB-600 Bidet Seat

Adjust water pressure and temperature at desired settings.

Constipation problem? Change water pressure low to medium rapidly. This will stimulate anal region to induce bowel movement.

Or, simply use Enema function.

Choose desired nozzle and activate.

Oscillating is highly effective for optimal cleansing.

Optimum usage is about 15 seconds at a time with medium temperature and pressure.

Remove excessive water in gentle tapping motion using toilet paper. No wiping.

At medium heat and air setting, use dryer for about 15 seconds.

Q. Can I disable beeping on buttons?

A. Yes. Simply press STOP + DRY buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds to mute beeping.

Q. Does Ultimate Bidet Seat require electricity?

A. Yes it does, and it needs to be plugged into an existing outlet with GFI.

Q. how do you get a warm water supply?

A. Ultimate Bidet Seat connects only to cold water connection. It has a built in water tank and heater. Water temperature and pressure is electronically regulated for consistency.

Q. Is a professional plumber recommended for installation?

A. All offered Bio Bidet products are designed for D.I.Y. Installation is simple as 1,2,3 requiring no special skill or tools at all.

Q. Is it going to fit my toilet?

A. This depends on which toilet type you have. This will fit most toilets. The only exception can be if you had 1pc toilet with French Curves. If you are not sure about type of toilets you have, contact any one of representatives with model and make of your toilet for compatibility check.

Q. How long does it take to deliver?

A. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours via UPS ground service. Orders will be shipping out of local dealers in your region and should take from 2 to 6 days to deliver.

Q. Will this unit spray without me sitting on it?

A. No the bidet has an advanced digital sensor on the seat so it will not work until that sensor is activated.

Q. I am going on vacation, what should I do with my bidet?

A. If you are leaving please unplug the bidet from the power source and drain the water that is in the tank reservoir. Unplug power code and shut off water supply.

Q. Must I hire a plumber to install this?

A. No, Ultimate bidet seat are designed for D.Y.I and most users can install it themselves. Ultimate bidet seat comes with detailed installation instructions and live technician can also assist you over the phone step by step if needed.

A. The water temperature reaches 104 degrees Fahrenheit.

The dryer reaches 113 degrees Fahrenheit.

Q. How do I clean under it?

A. Press the release button on the right side as you are facing the toilet and slide it straight off.

Q. How long does the warm water last?

A. In normal use, warm water will last about 50 seconds.

Q. How often do I need to replace deodorizer filter?

A. Never. Built-in deodorizer filter uses active carbon technology and has semi-permanent use.

Q. Do I have to use in-line water filter?

A. Only if you have extremely hard water. If you choose to use one, it is recommended replacing it every 6 months.
